ABOUT DR. ADAM GAUTHIER
Adam has lead and advised multiple organizations across multiple industries on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) and best-in-class performance. Deeply rooted in EH&S systems from both a regulatory and corporate compliance perspective. As a subject matter expert on EH&S, Socially Sustainable Supply Chains (SSSC), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Adam has the ability to look at all organizational aspects from both a tactical and operational lens. With over a decade of delivering Environmental, Health, and Safety excellence, Adam has developed, implemented, and managed all aspects of EH&S compliance and management systems within multiple industries.

Adam began his EH&S journey as Class A CDL Driver with all his endorsements including HAZMAT. In addition to driving, Adam was responsible for the Feet Safety Program as well. In 2010, Adam reenlisted in the Army Reserves as a Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Non-Commissioned Officer (CBRN NCO) where he got the best EH&S training the Military could offer. Adam was responsible for both decontamination and reconnaissance operations where he ensured both people and equipment were decontaminated and safe. He also conducted clandestine lab site evaluation and sampling applications in the field.

Over the past decade, Adam has fine-tuned his craft offering outcome-based solutions to the most complicated challenges. Academically, in 2005 he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Salem State University. In 2013, Adam earned an MBA from Endicott College with a concentration in Operation and Logistics Management. In 2019, Adam earned a seminal degree as a Doctor in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University.
Adam is also an Adjunct Professor at several highly respected Colleges and Universities. Adam teaches a number of business and regulatory affairs courses.
Among Adam's biggest achievements is building a happy home for his wife and children.
